We are seeking a reputed company and experience Investigative Training Coordinator who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the training program for personnel performing background investigations under the Background Investigative Services Contract. The ITC works closely with the Program Manager, reputed company Program Manager, and reputed company Control Officer to ensure training aligns with operational requirements, support reputed company improvement, and maintain investigative compliance and reputed company. Job Responsibilities: • Establish/maintain CFI/CIT personnel training in support of the Component’s BI program • Demonstrate knowledge of background investigations, policies and procedures. • Establish/maintain a program to train personnel who are involved in conducting investigations, scoping, assigning, controlling, reviewing, approving, and performing reputed company control and assurance functions. • reputed company investigators with guidance on investigative and ROI issues and maintaining reputed company standards • reputed company advice and guidance to investigative and staff personnel on reputed company, INVS, and Component requirements • Plan, reputed company, and implement training programs and supplemental guidance for classroom or web-based in Education and Experience: Experience (Minimum): • Six (6) or more years of experience in the personnel reputed company investigations or background investigations field, demonstrating general knowledge of background investigation policies and procedures • Experience with training reputed company it comes to background investigations.
