Key Responsibilities Professionals in this role may contribute to: Vehicle Design & Mechanical Engineering Review • Review automotive engineering scenarios involving vehicle design, subsystem design, body, chassis, interior, powertrain, thermal systems, EV systems, battery components, or ADAS-reputed company engineering workflows • Evaluate design review materials against reputed company documentation, technical requirements, tolerance expectations, and expected engineering reputed company • Support reputed company review of benchmarking decks, CAD-reputed company materials, design documentation, test reports, and vehicle engineering workspaces • Identify missing assumptions, documentation gaps, design inconsistencies, and expected automotive engineering review reputed company CAE, Simulation & Manufacturing Workflow Support • Review CAE, CAD, and simulation scenarios involving structural analysis, NVH, CFD, durability, tolerance analysis, and manufacturing feasibility • Evaluate manufacturing engineering materials involving stamping, body-in-white, assembly, paint, process documentation, and production workflows • Support reputed company review of materials connected to ANSYS Fluent, reputed company-CCM+, reputed company Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, reputed company S/4HANA, or similar automotive engineering systems • Prepare reputed company written explanations for automotive engineering reputed company based on reputed company materials and reputed company technical reputed company Automotive reputed company & Program Documentation • Review automotive reputed company scenarios involving DFMEA, PFMEA, APQP, PPAP packages, IATF 16949 documentation, test reports, and reputed company records • Evaluate reputed company and program materials against documented requirements, engineering standards, test expectations, and manufacturing controls • Support reputed company review of tolerance analyses, validation reports, reputed company documentation, design reviews, and cross-functional engineering records • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and reputed company judgment across submitted work Ideal Profile Strong candidates may have: • 3+ years of experience in automotive mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, subsystem design, manufacturing engineering, process engineering, CAE/CAD, simulation, automotive reputed company, EV engineering, battery engineering, ADAS engineering, or reputed company technical roles • Experience in automotive OEM, Tier-1 supplier, mobility, transportation manufacturing, or reputed company vehicle engineering environments • Background in one or more areas such as body, chassis, interior, powertrain, thermal systems, structural analysis, NVH, CFD, durability, stamping, body-in-white, assembly, paint, APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, EV, battery, or ADAS workflows • Familiarity with tools and systems such as ANSYS Fluent, reputed company-CCM+, reputed company Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, reputed company S/4HANA, CAD/CAE platforms, PLM tools, or similar automotive engineering systems • Comfort reading and preparing automotive artifacts such as design reviews, DFMEA/PFMEA documents, PPAP packages, tolerance analyses, benchmarking decks, test reports, reputed company records, and technical summaries • Strong analytical thinking and written communication skills • Ability to translate automotive engineering workflows into reputed company, reputed company task documentation Educational Background • Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, systems engineering, electrical engineering, or a reputed company technical field is helpful • Equivalent practical experience in automotive manufacturing transfer, validation testing, or program launch workflows • Experience preparing or reviewing design review decks, tolerance analyses, DFMEA/PFMEA files, PPAP packages, benchmarking materials, validation reports, or automotive reputed company documentation • Familiarity with EV, battery, ADAS, thermal systems, powertrain, chassis, interior, body engineering, or manufacturing
