Freelance Headhunters for Enterprise, Scaleups & Government roles

About the position We are looking for Freelance Recruiters & Headhunters to build long-term recruitment partnerships. Work on high-impact mandates and operate at a senior level. We are expanding our trusted network of freelance recruiters and headhunters to collaborate on strategic, high-profile assignments across private sector enterprises, fast-growing scale-ups, European Union & EU-funded programmes, Dutch government & semi-public organisations, and international organisations & NGOs. This is not a one-off sourcing gig! We are looking for long-term partners who want to build a sustainable freelance collaboration based on quality, trust, and impact. Responsibilities • Work on senior, specialist and hard-to-fill roles (executive, expert, interim & project-based) • Operate in complex stakeholder environments (public, semi-public, regulated & international) • Collaborate closely with our core team and clients as a trusted advisor • Be matched to assignments aligned with your expertise, network and availability • Receive clear briefs, transparent processes and professional client management • Build a long-term pipeline of assignments, not ad-hoc jobs Requirements • Experienced freelance recruiter, headhunter or executive search consultant • Strong professional network in one or more of the following: Public sector & government, EU institutions or EU-funded programmes, International organisations, Enterprise, tech, industrial or scale-up environments • Comfortable working with confidential searches and complex profiles • Understand public sector, startup, scaleup, large corporate or regulated environments (or are willing to learn) • Prefer long-term collaborations over transactional recruitment • Work independently, reliably and professionally • Communicate fluently in English • Dutch, Spanish and/or other EU languages are a strong plus Benefits • Long-term collaboration, not one-off placements • Access to high-quality, well-scoped mandates • Professional positioning towards public & international clients • Clear agreements, fair fee structures & transparent communication • Space to grow your own freelance practice while working with a strong partner • A network that values quality, integrity and sustainable impact Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
