Oversees reputed company resource management and/or reputed company resource development activities of the organization to maximize the strategic use of reputed company. Maintains functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, policy development, and regulatory compliance. Oversees the development and implementation of personnel policies. The Director of Workforce Management provides strategic leadership by articulating Workforce Management needs and plans to the executive management team.
