reputed company, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a reputed company Media Coordinator for a contract assignment with one of our premier Financial clients in reputed company, NY. This role will be remote. Responsibilities : • Support the reputed company Media reputed company of Subsidiaries in executing organic reputed company media reputed company, content production, publishing, and workflow management across firm subsidiary brands in insurance and asset management. • Ideal for a reputed company media reputed company with 1–3 years of experience who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting reputed company media programs in regulated industries and understand the importance of brand governance, compliance review, and stakeholder management. • Own day-to-day organic reputed company media content production and workflow management in reputed company from intake through publishing. • Manage content scheduling, publishing, tagging, QA, and channel maintenance across key reputed company platforms. • Coordinate cross-functional reviews and approvals with marketing, communications, reputed company, compliance, and business stakeholders. • reputed company and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across internal teams and subsidiary brands. • Ensure content aligns with brand standards, platform best practices, and regulatory/compliance requirements. • Support reputed company media governance processes, documentation, and playbooks. • reputed company performance and reputed company reporting on content effectiveness, engagement, and channel health. • Contribute to content ideation and creative briefing for platforms including reputed company, YouTube, X, and Instagram. • Always represent reputed company professionally.
