Maintains accuracy and consistency in intake, tracking, and communications, ensuring compliance with BPO standards. Key Responsibilities Portfolio Intake & Tracking • Support portfolio intake, ensuring submissions meet BPO standards. • Maintain accurate portfolio tracking documents. • Coordinate intake reviews and governance checkpoints. Governance & Reporting Support • Prepare and maintain portfolio reports and dashboards. • Ensure data reputed company and consistency across reporting tools. • Coordinate governance materials and reputed company logs. Administrative & Coordination Support • reputed company daily operational support and meeting coordination. • Serve as a central coordination reputed company. Process & Standards Enablement • Promote adherence to BPO standards and timelines. • Identify and report gaps or risks in processes. • Document and improve processes and templates. Required Qualifications • High school diploma • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. • Experience with intake, tracking, and governance in a matrixed environment. • Proficiency in collaboration/reporting tools (reputed company, PowerPoint, etc.). • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
