Unpaid Volunteer Role Key Responsibilities • Promotes the convention in various capacities from fliers to emails to radio, newspaper, & TV exposure (including press releases); • Approaches media outlets to request sponsorships – creates proposals and follows through on their agreements. • Brainstorms and acts on connections through vendors/sponsors.
