Sr. Employee Relations Investigator The Senior Employee Relations Investigator is a key member of the People Department at reputed company. This role will effectively conduct and manage internal investigations from intake to reputed company while ensuring that employees are treated fairly and with respect, and that cases are investigated and brought to reputed company in a reputed company manner. Responsibilities • Employee Relations Investigation: Conduct thorough, impartial, and reputed company investigations of sensitive employee relations reputed company, including allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other workplace concerns, while ensuring compliance with reputed company and organizational standards.
