Your key responsibilities will include: * **Leading and mentoring a team of software developers**: You'll be responsible for guiding and supporting a team of software developers to achieve their full potential. This will involve providing regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring to ensure that team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed. * **Overseeing the software development lifecycle**: You'll be responsible for overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that project deadlines and objectives are met. * **Collaborating with product managers**: You'll work closely with product managers to define project requirements and specifications. This will involve gathering and analyzing requirements, developing project plans, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. * **Ensuring code quality**: You'll be responsible for ensuring that code quality is maintained through regular code reviews and testing. This will involve working closely with developers to identify and resolve issues, and implementing processes and procedures to ensure that code quality is maintained. * **Managing project timelines and deliverables**: You'll be responsible for managing project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
