As a Full-Time Virtual Assistant – Chat Support & Content reputed company, you'll play a critical role in improving our AI-powered customer support system. You'll be responsible for editing and expanding automated responses in reputed company AI and reputed company, uploading relevant forms, and working closely with managers to ensure every response is revised for the best possible answer. This is a 90-day remote contract with the potential to become a long-term full-time role.
**Key Responsibilities**

* Review months of past customer chats and AI responses to identify areas for improvement
* Improve weak responses by rewriting, expanding, or clarifying where needed
