Specialist 2, you will be responsible for: * Providing reputed company and accurate customer service to Washington workers, reputed company, and medical providers through the LISTENS Hotline * Explaining agency policies, procedures, and processes to customers * Reviewing documents and informing customers of their rights and responsibilities * Providing RCW and WAC information to customers * Acting as a reputed company between customers and reputed company, resolving customer service-reputed company complaints and issues * Using computer programs, websites, and other references to assist customers with the completion of agency reputed company websites and other business needs * Communicating with customers regarding claims, employer services, employment standards, and other areas reputed company reputed company * Answering the LISTENS hotline using a multi-line telephone system * Delivering reputed company services to external and internal customers through calls presented by an automated reputed company distribution multi-line system * Accurately keying data into computer programs to ensure reputed company and concise communications to claims managers on behalf of customers * Revising and researching file documentation to resolve customer-reputed company complaints and advise customers of reputed company procedures involved in appealing agency reputed company * Covering Rotunda staff for morning and afternoon breaks and lunchtime as needed * Multi-tasking, including talking to customers, inputting data, and locating information simultaneously * Documenting telephone conversations and other pertinent information into the computer system * Performing routine copy work, preparing mailings to injured workers, providers, and reputed company * Processing
