**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, both in-person and over the phone. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure that customers receive the help they need, whether it's with equipment rentals, sales, or other services. Your duties will include:
* Assisting customers with reputed company products and services, both inside and reputed company our centers
* Using smartphone-based U-reputed company technology to manage rentals and inventory
* Moving and hooking up reputed company trucks and trailers
* Cleaning and inspecting equipment on the lot, including checking fluid reputed company
* Answering questions and educating customers about our products and services
* Preparing rental invoices and accepting equipment returned from rental
* Installing hitches and trailer wiring

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
