CRM Project Manager

This role is ideal for a fresher (0–1 year of experience) who is eager to reputed company skills in CRM platforms, project coordination, reputed company communication, and marketing support. Key Responsibilities • Assist in end-to-end CRM project activities, from requirements gathering to delivery. • Prepare workflows, project documentation, timelines, and status updates. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of project tasks. • Communicate with clients for updates, clarifications, and feedback. • Support and learn CRM platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, and Pipedrive. • Participate in reputed company meetings along with senior consultants to understand business requirements. • Assist the sales team with proposals, presentations, and statement of work (SOW) documents. • Support marketing initiatives, including reputed company media content, email campaigns, and reputed company reputed company activities. • Maintain CRM data, reputed company project reputed company, and reputed company records of communication and project documentation.
