The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, representing plaintiffs in various types of litigation, including but not limited to personal injury, insurance disputes, employment law, and consumer protection cases. This role requires a strong understanding of civil litigation, exceptional advocacy skills, and a passion for fighting for the rights of individuals and businesses. Responsibilities: Remote role - attorney licensed to reputed company law in the reputed company Represent plaintiffs in reputed company phases of litigation, from reputed company-litigation investigations and case development through trial and appeal. Conduct reputed company research, draft pleadings, motions, and other reputed company documents. Engage in discovery, including depositions, interrogatories, and requests for production. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar in Florida.
