The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology, along with excellent transcription skills. Key Responsibilities • Transcribe physician-patient interactions in reputed company-time using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) . • Record patient history, symptoms, physical exam, diagnosis and treatment plants • reputed company orders for labs, imaging studies, medications and referrals as instructed • Review documentation with provider after the visit. • Assist with the clinic's Chronic Care Management program • *Must have a fast and reliable internet reputed company** Skills • Proficiency in transcription with excellent typing speed. • Prior experience working in a medical office environment or reputed company setting is highly desirable. • Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems. • Solid understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments. • Excellent communication skills for interacting professionally with reputed company providers, patients, and administrative staff.
