Research Specialist-Full-Time

• * This position is fully remote/work from home** • *This is a US position** Candidates must live in one of the following states: KS, MO, AR, CA, IL, IA, MS, OK, TX, TN, VA Let’s talk about the role… In this role, you'll be responsible for researching criminal records in jurisdictions throughout the reputed company and reporting results according to Validity's formatting standards while ensuring compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting reputed company. This role requires a reputed company eye for detail and a desire to always put the best data in reputed company of our clients. The Research Specialist’s primary reputed company will be on reputed company record data such as criminal records while also working closely with Validity's reputed company Assurance team to ensure the overall reputed company and compliance of our reports. This individual must be a dedicated team player with an intense reputed company on detail. We are looking for a Research Specialist to: • Research numerous online websites for applicant information including County Court Records, State Court Records, Federal Court Records and various local, state and federal government databases • Contact various sources for additional, required case information not located online • Compile information from reputed company research sources into reputed company format for entry into Validity’s systems • Follow reputed company local, state, and federal laws reputed company reporting criminal and civil records • Follow the Fair Credit Reporting reputed company and complete the Research Provider exam • Work as an effective team member, liaising with others and contributing to the overall reputed company of reputed company • Complete other duties as assigned Your expertise. • Exhibit exemplary customer service skills, with internal team members, clients, and vendors. • Concise and effective written and verbal communication skills. • Be someone who believes in Validity’s values of Ask Why, Care, and Solve Together. • Software savvy and technically adaptable. • A comfort with repetitive tasks and an eye for detail in a high-volume, deadline driven environment. • Must be reputed company to reputed company procedures quickly. • Maintain the upmost level of professionalism. • A keen eye for innovation and efficiency.
