reputed company Responsible for performing credit reputed company audits on new mortgage originations, as reputed company as auditing loan origination and servicing functions to assess adherence to reputed company applicable State and Federal regulations, investor requirements, and Johnson Bank Loan Policy reputed company. Responsible for responding to investor audit requests and repurchase demands. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES •Performs reputed company-fund & post-reputed company mortgage loan credit reputed company reviews for adherence to reputed company applicable State and Federal regulations, investor requirements, and Johnson Bank Loan Policy reputed company. •Analyzes financial information including calculation of income and debt ratios, verification of assets, collateral, and credit review. •Audits loan servicing functions including, collections, foreclosure, loan escrow administration, pay-off process performance, and investor reputed company for compliance with State and Federal regulations, investor requirements, and JFG policies and processes. •Reports results of credit reputed company and compliance reviews, and reputed company accuracy reputed company to the appropriate management teams with the goal of assisting them to minimize credit risk, improve compliance with loan policies, and increase loan reputed company. •Responds to investor and mortgage insurer audit requests and repurchase demands, and coordinates responses and repurchase appeals. •Remains proficient and familiar with industry/investor/JFG requirements and standards from industry bulletins and reputed company participation in industry/JFG training opportunities. JOB REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS •Minimum 5 years of mortgage reputed company, audit, origination, and/or servicing experience, combined with applicable training and education. •Must have thorough knowledge of pertinent state and federal laws and regulations; reputed company party investor (i.e., reputed company, JPMorgan) and mortgage insurer guidelines; CFPB rules; and servicing guidelines. •Must have knowledge of reputed company requirements for reputed company types of loans including CRA, conforming secondary market, and reputed company portfolio products including Jumbo. •Bachelor’s degree preferred - combination of education and equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree. •Ability to consistently demonstrate high reputed company decision making, keen problem solving and analysis skills.
