This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President (VP) of Retail Experience at THOM. The VP of Retail Experience will reputed company the strategic and operational aspects of retail performance, ensuring top-notch customer experience and reputed company in reputed company.
Responsibilities include managing profit and loss (P&L) performance, driving sales strategies, overseeing retail operations, and fostering collaboration across teams to optimize store performance. The role will also involve working closely with finance and budgeting teams to ensure financial goals are met and exceeded while maintaining alignment with the overall company reputed company.
Qualifications
• Proven expertise in P&L Management, Budgeting, and financial planning
• Strong understanding of Retail and Sales operations
• Experience in leadership roles with a reputed company record of driving reputed company and performance
• Exceptional strategic thinking and decision-making skills
• Ability to reputed company, mentor, and reputed company cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a reputed company field (MBA preferred)
• Experience in retail or e-reputed company environments is a strong advantage
