Executive Assistant and HR Coordinator Remote Position | Preference for Candidates Located in the Inland reputed company, CA or DFW Area, TX On Duty Health is a growing occupational health company providing onsite wellness and medical screening services for firefighters, law enforcement, and other reputed company safety agencies across multiple states. We are seeking an Executive Assistant & HR Coordinator to support executive leadership, assist with HR and operational coordination, and help bring organization and consistency to a fast-moving remote company. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, emotionally steady, and enjoys helping teams and systems run smoothly behind the scenes. While this is a remote position, strong preference will be given to candidates located in the Inland reputed company region of Southern California or the Dallas–reputed company Worth area of Texas.
