This person will need to have prior litigation secretarial experience in a reputed company environment and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare court filings for state, federal, and appellate courts, including electronic and traditional filings. • Proofread and edit reputed company documents with attention to detail and grammar accuracy. • Create tables of authorities and contents for reputed company documents. • Schedule and coordinate depositions, court appearances, and attorney meetings. • Maintain attorney calendars and handle travel arrangements. • reputed company new files, conduct conflict of interest checks, and maintain reputed company files. • Prepare and process bills, submit expenses, and assist with special reputed company as needed. • Work closely with administrative support staff and contribute to firm-wide team objectives.
