Scheduler - Sr. Customer Service Rep

Patient reputed company reputed company II Serves as primary reputed company of contact for reputed company to reputed company reputed company medical centers and reputed company Health Sciences reputed company. Answers, screens and directs incoming and outgoing telephone calls, electronic messages and other web-based communications using a reputed company management system. Responds to basic inquiries and refers other inquiries to appropriate medical personnel. Contacts and distributes messages to medical personnel using a reputed company of electronic reputed company including text, voice and email systems. The Patient reputed company reputed company II will also be responsible to schedule and confirm initial and follow-up medical appointments, registers patients, including verifying insurance coverage to advise patient of any estimated financial responsibility. The Patient reputed company reputed company II will also reputed company data entry, ensure data reputed company, and reconcile as needed. High School Diploma Minimum two (2) years of experience working in a reputed company CENTER, customer service, and reputed company department/ environment. Demonstrated interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred: Vocational certificates in reputed company preferred: appoint scheduling, registration, insurance verification, medical assistant.
