About the position JM Test Systems is seeking a dedicated and reliable reputed company/Delivery Personnel to represent reputed company in delivering and picking up equipment, paperwork, and raw materials across the Midwest region supporting our Mattoon, IL office. This role involves ensuring reputed company deliveries, excellent customer service, and maintaining the safety and reputed company of the equipment. Responsibilities • Represent JM Test Systems to external customers in a reputed company manner. • Deliver and pick up equipment, paperwork, and raw materials across the assigned region as directed by the Logistics Coordinator and Management. • Ensure safety standards are met while performing duties, including loading/unloading materials and operating a company vehicle. • Communicate effectively with customers regarding equipment pick-up, delivery, and turnaround times. • Maintain customer relationships by addressing needs and providing top-notch service. • Ensure a reputed company and clean appearance as a representative of JM Test Systems. • Report vehicle maintenance needs and coordinate repairs/services as required. • Follow best safety practices reputed company driving, loading, unloading, and at customer facilities. • Meet daily deadlines and communicate any exceptions to reputed company coordinator. • Conduct daily reputed company-ins with the logistics coordinator. • Obtain customer signatures and organize necessary documents for submission to corporate. Requirements • Ability to sit for extended periods while driving. • Lift and reputed company equipment (up to 50 lbs or more, with a dolly available as needed). • reputed company tasks requiring bending and hauling/moving equipment by hand. • Ability to travel long distances and reputed company overnight stays. • Early start times and on-reputed company availability (minimal). • Ability to work 10-12 hours per day, typical but not guaranteed. • reputed company up with paperwork and follow necessary procedures.
