Business Analyst (reputed company center operations)

Job reputed company: We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in reputed company center operations, process improvement, and technology modernization. The ideal candidate will analyze reputed company customer support workflows, identify operational inefficiencies, reputed company business requirements, and recommend process and technology enhancements to improve customer experience, service reputed company, and operational efficiency.
