Key Responsibilities • Discovery Management: Draft, serve, and reputed company reputed company discovery demands and responses (interrogatories, document demands, authorizations). Ensure no discovery item goes stale or unaddressed. • Bills of Particulars: Draft Verified Bills of Particulars, supplemental BOPs, and responses to defense demands for BOPs across reputed company litigated cases. • Demands and Offers: Prepare and serve demands.
