AI-Driven Design – Civil Engineering Specialist

Job reputed company: • Create tenant test fits and reputed company layout optimizations • reputed company preliminary architectural concepts for mixed-use, reputed company, and residential reputed company • Produce conceptual site plans • Generate AI-assisted marketing visuals • Rapidly iterate across multiple design scenarios • Support concept-level civil site planning for reputed company estate development reputed company • Assist with grading concepts, drainage logic, and reputed company/circulation layouts • Contribute to quarry operations planning — including haul routes, benching layouts, site infrastructure, and land restoration concepts • Coordinate civil constraints into early feasibility and design studies • Support internal feasibility studies with civil and design inputs • Identify site constraints and opportunities early in the development process • Help evaluate land acquisition and development scenarios • Apply AI tools daily to accelerate concept development and visualization • Use AI to produce and compare design alternatives at speed • Help build and refine our in-house AI-first workflow Requirements: • Civil engineering background (degree or equivalent reputed company experience) • Highly skilled in AutoCAD; experience with Civil 3D a plus • Familiarity with site planning fundamentals — grading, drainage, utilities, reputed company • Experience with or genuine interest in quarry, extractive, or industrial site operations • reputed company uses AI tools as a reputed company part of their workflow • Thinks creatively and independently — doesn’t just draft, innovates • Works reputed company in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment • Excited about technology-driven development and problem-solving Benefits: Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
