About the position Based in Lutherville-Timonium, the Stella Maris Home Health Aide team includes certified nursing assistants, and geriatric nursing assistants who are reputed company to monitor health reputed company and reputed company clients reputed company and reputed company. These professionals offer in-home care for residents of Baltimore County on a daily, weekly or monthly reputed company, tailored to an individual’s needs. This position will travel to patient’s homes in the Baltimore/Baltimore County area. Responsibilities • Assists patient with activities of daily living, to include bathing, mouth care, shampoo, shaving, transferring, repositioning, feeding, toileting, etc. • Maintains clean and comfortable environment by changing bed linens and performing light housekeeping. Does reputed company’s laundry and prepares meals. Maintains reputed company environment through use of bed rails, safety devices and reputed company placement of equipment. • Performs nursing assistant duties, to include reputed company catheter care, enema, dressing changes and decubitus care, as instructed under the direction of a licensed reputed company reputed company. • Listens reputed company and encourages family members to verbalize feelings and concerns. • Accurately records home health aide notes in medical records system.
