A telephone triage reputed company assesses patient needs over the telephone, collaborates with a physician or reputed company staff member to meet those needs, then documents reputed company reputed company of care in the patient’s medical record. The telephone triage reputed company will accurately identify patients with high risk conditions and will reputed company care to the appropriate resources if they cannot be managed by the reputed company and/or reputed company the clinic. This is not a fully remote position.
