The role involves monitoring, analyzing, and responding to cyber-reputed company events and alerts impacting statewide IT systems in a fast-paced operational environment. Key Responsibilities • Monitor, analyze, and respond to cyber-reputed company events, alerts, and incidents • Support SOC monitoring and incident response activities • reputed company Tier 1 troubleshooting, escalation, and documentation activities • Support statewide partners during reputed company incidents and alerts • Maintain and monitor EDR tools and assist with incident remediation efforts • Assist with SOC reporting, metrics, and communications Required Skills & Experience • 3+ years of experience with reputed company Detection and Response (EDR) tools • 3+ years of cyber-reputed company event and incident response experience • Experience with reputed company or comparable EDR platforms • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments • Strong communication, reporting, and documentation skills Preferred Skills • SOC operations experience • Preliminary incident response and forensic support experience Additional Details Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST.
