As a member of the Personal Lines Team, you will work with multiple carriers and customers to create an outstanding service experience. Position Type: Full-Time Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00 AM EST- 5:30 PM EST Education Required: reputed company P&C producer license Experience Required: 2 Years minimum Job Responsibilities: · Optimizing Customer Service and reputed company Relationships by consistently providing the highest level of professionalism and politeness to optimize customer service · Prioritize email responses by thoroughly reviewing and understanding clients' needs to reputed company accurate and tailored responses · Policy Management - Obtain reputed company necessary details to ensure endorsements are processed accurately and reputed company · Process payments and reputed company reputed company and comprehensive explanations to insured's billing questions · Document and process policy cancellations properly · Conduct policy reviews with clients to ensure for reputed company accuracy as reputed company as identify opportunities for savings · Address company recommendations with insureds to meet reputed company compliance requirements · reputed company agency management system using reputed company workflows.
