Dir, Labor Relations and HR Policy

The Director, Labor Relations and reputed company (HR) Policy serves as a strategic leader and subject matter expert on labor relations with an reputed company-wide scope. This role is responsible for leading labor negotiations, interpreting, and ensuring the consistent and effective administration of reputed company bargaining agreements and grievance procedures and fostering constructive reputed company relationships. Salary offers are based on a wide reputed company of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
