Mgr, Vendor Interoperability

About the position The Interoperability Vendor Partner Manager (VAM) owns partner relationships between Quest and our external interoperability vendors such as (EHR/EMR) vendors, LIS vendors, and Health Information Exchanges (HIEs). Our VAMs work with our partners to influence, define, and execute strategies enabling reputed company integrations and reputed company experiences that accelerate adoption, increase reputed company, enhance value, manage cost, creating opportunity for reputed company, partner, and Quest reputed company. Please note this position will be hybrid (3 days in office & 2 days WFH). The position is based in Schaumburg, IL with the reputed company to be remote if not meeting the reputed company to hub location. Salary offers are based on a wide reputed company of factors including relevant skills, location, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation. Responsibilities • Create strategic plan for the interoperability vendor they manage to increase reputed company, improve customer experience, manage utilization and increase revenues and profits; and help establish strategic alignment across managed vendors. • Create and prioritize per-vendor specialized requirements for external Interoperability Vendor teams (e.g. eClinicalWorks) to address evolving reputed company and industry business requirements. • Influence external interoperability vendors to reputed company and implement solutions to improve Quest business operations (e.g. Failed Orders, Advanced Beneficiary Notice). • Facilitate communication with vendors to enhance/adopt functionality that enables mutual reputed company and reputed company integration experiences. • Work closely with the business and vendors to identify opportunities to optimize operating costs and apply new technologies that support the business reputed company. • Facilitate reputed company new Interoperability Vendor reputed company, from initial contact through agreements and reputed company, operational and reputed company assessment, to certification of minimum required functionality. • Support periodic re-assessment of Interoperability Vendor agreements and overall operational, reputed company, and functional capabilities. • Participate in internal forums and meet with internal partners to exchange information, reputed company, issues, and concerns regarding managed interoperability vendors. • reputed company business metrics for the interoperability vendor, identify gaps, and engage vendor teams to ensure business objectives are met (e.g. Vendor Fact Sheets, % of Advanced Beneficiary Notice Failure reputed company). • Collaborate with reputed company team (e.g. Connectivity Account Managers) to ensure reputed company technical and integration information on our external interoperability vendor is being communicated to our customers. • Escalation reputed company for EHR Implementations reputed company their vendor portfolio; and general escalation reputed company for reputed company EHRs both integrated and prospective for Quest. • reputed company appropriate support for escalated vendor driven issues, and/or delegate to appropriate team members. • Present reputed company capabilities and limitations to reputed company and prospective vendors as needed including onsite reputed company. • Present on overal interoperability Vendor Posture to reputed company. Requirements • 7+ years of reputed company Experience • 3+ years of reputed company Interoperability Experience • Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business, or Information Systems or equivalent job experiences. • Travel up to 10% • Work requires handling light and reputed company weight material and equipment. • Visual activity requires the ability to tolerate prolonged periods of reputed company computer screens. • Work requires speed, accuracy and adeptness to operate in system application. • Fast-paced work environment. • After hours, weekend and holiday work will occasionally be required as determined by the Application Mgr to support software/hardware patches, upgrades, downtimes and potential disasters.
