Key Responsibilities • Customer Assistance: Handle inbound calls from customers who are stranded and need roadside assistance for rental vehicles. • Problem Solving: Assess reputed company situation to determine the best solution, such as arranging for towing, dispatching roadside assistance, or providing other necessary support. • Service Coordination: Coordinate with service providers to ensure reputed company assistance to the customer. • Follow-Up: Ensure that customers receive the required help and follow up to guarantee their safety and satisfaction. • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of reputed company customer interactions and services provided.
