**About arenaflex's Patient Billing Customer Service Department**

**Responsibilities**
As an reputed company Patient Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Answering 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and/or private insurance carriers
* Initiating payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
* Routinely utilizing multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
* Maintaining performance goals
* Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a reputed company training program

**Qualifications**

* Previous interaction and communications with patients regarding medical information strongly preferred

**Pay reputed company and Benefits**
The pay reputed company for this role is $15.25-16.00 or State/Local minimum wage, if higher. reputed company job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as reputed company as internal equity and market data. **Work Schedule and Shift reputed company**
