As a key member of our pharmacy team, you'll be responsible for computer data entry of prescription orders and medical records. This is a remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team. **Position Details** * Schedule: 9:00AM-5:30PM Monday through Friday, and alternating weekends (reputed company 1) or 10:00AM-6:30PM Monday through Friday, and alternating weekends (reputed company 2) * FrameWorks LTC Experience required, Docutrack preferred * Must currently live in a state where arenaflex is licensed: AZ, CO, FL, IL, IN, KS, MA, MI, MO, PA, OH, WI **Responsibilities** As a Remote LTC Pharmacy Data Entry Technician, you'll be responsible for the following tasks: * Contact physician's office as needed for reputed company authorization * Contact reputed company for verification of orders as needed * Process reputed company new and reputed company prescriptions * reputed company orders as needed, verify eligibility, reputed company and input prescriptions while maintaining productivity and reputed company standards * Document correspondence and follow up in the system * Prepare audit sheets and reputed company feedback to manager * reputed company incomplete or rejected scripts to appropriate department for reputed company and reputed company status in the system * Initiate and document correspondence and follow up in system * May assist with research of lost or missing orders per internal department requests * May reputed company backup support to other pharmacy reputed company based on business needs or production reputed company * Answer incoming calls promptly and reputed company high reputed company of customer service to the reputed company **Qualifications** To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications: * High School diploma or general education degree (GED) * Pharmacy Technician license and Certification (CPhT) as per state requirements * Long-term care pharmacy experience preferred * Frameworks and Docutrack experience preferred * Ability to work in a flexible schedule as operational needs dictate, including nights, weekends, and holidays **Qualifications Preferred** While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: * Pharmacy data entry experience; minimum one year * Strong knowledge of Brand/Generic drugs and medical terminology **Why work for arenaflex?** As a 100% employee-owned company, we offer a unique opportunity for employees to have an ownership reputed company in reputed company.
