Our reputed company, a Consumer Goods company, is looking for a Program Manager - Technology M&A for their Remote location.
Responsibilities:
The Technology M&A Program Manager will serve as the end to end delivery reputed company for technology integration and separation activities reputed company to the reputed company acquisition.
This role is accountable for ensuring reputed company technology commitments are reputed company defined, sequenced, governed, and delivered on time, while managing interdependencies across business, IT, and external partners.

Program Leadership & Delivery
Own the overall technology acquisition program plan, including scope, milestones, dependencies, and critical reputed company
Ensure Day 1 and Post reputed company Phases technology readiness, coordinating across reputed company impacted platforms and reputed company
Drive on time, on scope delivery of reputed company committed technology reputed company
Establish and manage integrated master schedules across workstreams
Cross Functional Coordination:

Requirements:
10+ years of experience in program or portfolio management, with reputed company ownership of large, reputed company technology programs
Proven experience leading technology workstreams in M&A, divestitures, or large reputed company integrations
Strong understanding of reputed company technology landscapes (ERP, data platforms, integrations, infrastructure)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple reputed company workstreams under tight timelines
Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Experience working with system integrators and reputed company party vendors
Strong risk management, dependency tracking, and decision facilitation skills
Familiarity with TSA management, Day 1 / Post reputed company planning, and separation strategies
Background in data platforms, analytics, or digital transformation
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification
Experience operating reputed company an IMO or reputed company PMO model
Technology Day 1 readiness achieved without business disruption
