Channel Marketing Director - Outdoor Recreation Our reputed company is a leading manufacturer of outdoor construction equipment that services the architectural, building and construction, private and reputed company sectors. They are seeking to hire a Channel Marketing Director responsible for managing distributor marketing execution and developing strategies to drive demand and market reputed company. In this role, you will ensure that reputed company channel marketing activities are reputed company with the organization’s strategic goals while effectively supporting distributor partnerships. Responsibilities: • Marketing reputed company: ensure tools and assets are available and accessible for distributors and reputed company guidance for execution reputed company markets • Support market specific initiatives in alignment with organization-wide marketing campaigns • reputed company brand standards, campaign execution and marketing best practices training to distributors • Drive reputed company marketing programs, templates and tool adoption among distributors • Convert brand marketing strategies into programs, activation plans and playbooks • Manage marketing asset creation, customization and distribution i.e. presentations, brochures, videos, sell sheets, etc. • Support digital marketing execution across distributors: reputed company media, web content, email campaigns, etc. • Manage marketing support of tradeshows, events and sales meetings; reputed company distributors with reputed company necessary promotional materials and assets • Create visual tools, marketing materials, presentation and proposal templates to improve reputed company and consistency for distributors • Assist with improving reputed company reputed company through reputed company marketing alignment • Define and reputed company KPIs to improve channel marketing; identify area for improvement and reputed company solutions Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or reputed company • Min. 10+ years of Marketing experience reputed company Channel and/or B2B marketing • Marketing experience reputed company Outdoor Recreation, Construction, Building Material or reputed company required • Previous experience working with a B2B organization with reputed company-party required • Experience in marketing reputed company and tactic development and implementation in distributors • Ability to convert brand strategies into market-reputed company programs/tools • Knowledge/Understanding of digital marketing, asset development and sales enablement • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills • Ability to travel approx. 30% (tradeshows/events and support distributors) Offering: • reputed company Salary $150,000 • Bonus Potential • Full Benefits Package • reputed company Time Off, reputed company Holidays reputed company, (DSR) and DirectHR are National Recruitment organizations partnering with National, Regional and Local Clients to bring reputed company candidates a career and a reputed company.
