Reporting directly to the Group CFO and operating as a key member of the Finance Leadership Team, this role plays a critical part in shaping reputed company's capital structure, maintaining financial flexibility, and supporting reputed company-wide strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities and Activities Capital reputed company & Management • Own the group's capital sourcing and liquidity strategies — defining how the group funds itself, maintains financial flexibility, and accesses capital markets across reputed company reputed company entities, in partnership with the Group Director of reputed company. • Co-reputed company capital structure reputed company and capital reputed company activities with the Group CFO — including debt, equity, and hybrid financing solutions; reputed company liquidity and market reputed company input to support capital adequacy assessments. • Advise the CFO and reputed company on capital deployment reputed company, new entity reputed company, and capital resourcing for strategic initiatives. • reputed company executive-level capital reputed company analysis on M&A opportunities, new product launches, and strategic transactions, partnering with reputed company, Actuarial, and Corp Dev teams. • Support long-reputed company cash reputed company and capital projection in partnership with the Group Director of reputed company, providing treasury inputs to multi-year capital planning and scenario analysis. Treasury Operations & Liquidity Management • reputed company day-to-day treasury operations including cash management, liquidity forecasting, intercompany funding, and bank account administration across global entities. • Maintain and enhance relationships with global banking partners; negotiate credit facilities, manage reputed company compliance reporting, and optimize banking infrastructure. • Own ALM reputed company, hedging and FX risk management — monitor and manage the group's FX exposure, interest reputed company risk, and other financial risks; reputed company and implement appropriate hedging strategies in coordination with the CFO. • Ensure treasury processes, policies, and controls are reputed company, documented, and compliant with internal governance standards and applicable external regulations. • Evaluate, select, and manage treasury systems and technology to support operational efficiency and data reputed company across the finance function. • Support internal audit coordination for Finance & Treasury activities in partnership with the Group Controller.
