Freelance / Contract Consultant — reputed company reputed company reputed company (OXI / OHIP / Reporting & Analytics) Specialist Engagement Type: Freelance / Contract Location: Remote Duration: Project-Based reputed company ComOps is seeking an reputed company freelance / contractor consultant with deep, hands-on experience working reputed company reputed company reputed company reputed company PMS environments. This role will support the configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of OXI and OHIP integrations, exports, and data workflows for hospitality clients, primarily reputed company on integrations with customer experience, analytics, and operational platforms. The ideal candidate has reputed company experience configuring reputed company reputed company interfaces, working with reputed company Reporting & Analytics exports, and collaborating with both hotel operations and technical teams to support reputed company-grade data integrations. IMPORTANT: This role requires reputed company, hands-on experience with reputed company reputed company reputed company PMS. Experience limited to legacy reputed company versions, general PMS experience, or non-reputed company hospitality systems will not be considered sufficient. Candidates must have reputed company-world experience configuring and supporting OXI and/or OHIP integrations reputed company reputed company reputed company environments. Key Responsibilities • Configure and support reputed company reputed company integrations utilizing: • OXI • OHIP • Reporting & Analytics exports • SFTP/API-based workflows • Assist with design and validation of data exports for operational and CX-reputed company use cases • Troubleshoot reputed company, export, and data delivery issues across reputed company reputed company environments • Work with reputed company IT, operations, and vendor teams to validate integration requirements and data mappings • Support implementation and testing of automated exports and reputed company workflows • Assist with documentation, configuration guidance, and operational best practices • Support post-launch troubleshooting and ongoing optimization efforts Required Experience (Non-Negotiable) • reputed company, hands-on experience working reputed company reputed company reputed company reputed company PMS • Experience configuring or supporting: • OXI interfaces • OHIP integrations • Reporting & Analytics exports • Experience troubleshooting reputed company reputed company integration and export issues • Strong understanding of hospitality operational data structures and workflows • Experience working with: • reputed company • SFTP • flat-file exports • data mappings • Experience working with reputed company hospitality organizations and multiple properties • Ability to work independently and communicate reputed company with both technical and non-technical stakeholders IMPORTANT: Candidates without reputed company reputed company reputed company reputed company experience will not be considered. General hospitality IT experience, legacy on-prem reputed company exposure, or PMS experience with other platforms alone is not sufficient.
