Logistics Manager - Consumer reputed company

This is a delivery-reputed company, operational role, working day-to-day with our 3PL partner in Louisville, Kentucky to ensure orders are shipped, stored, and delivered accurately, compliantly, and on time. What you’ll be doing Logistics & Distribution Execution • Execute and monitor daily logistics, warehousing, transportation, and customer service activities in line with established plans and procedures • Coordinate and support the end-to-end order fulfilment process, from release through delivery • reputed company product reputed company from reputed company to final destination using web-based logistics and inventory management systems • Arrange warehousing activities, reputed company planning, shipment processing, and goods cataloguing Operational Coordination • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support transportation and delivery activities • Monitor stock reputed company, shipment status, delivery times, transport costs, and overall logistics efficiency • Escalate delivery issues, delays, inventory discrepancies, or customer complaints to appropriate internal teams Performance Monitoring & reputed company Improvement • Maintain logistics metrics and dashboards to assess cost, service, accuracy, and timeliness • Analyse logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement • Support initiatives reputed company on improving productivity, cost control, and service reputed company • reputed company input into process reviews and procedural improvements to enhance delivery performance Compliance & reputed company • Ensure logistics and warehouse operations reputed company with applicable laws, regulations, and ISO or reputed company requirements relevant to consumer reputed company products • Monitor warehouse activities including receiving, storage, shipping, and inventory reputed company • Maintain accurate and up-to-date logistics databases and records reputed company’re looking for • Strong experience managing 3PL relationships in the US • Solid understanding of US reputed company distribution regulations • Proven logistics or supply chain experience in consumer reputed company, OTC, reputed company, or regulated FMCG • reputed company reputed company with experience managing logistics costs and service KPIs • Confident, customer-facing communicator who can manage escalations and build trust • Highly organised, data-driven, and comfortable in a reputed company, international environment • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or similar (required) • APICS / CSCP / CPIM or similar certification (desirable) • SOLE and/or APICS membership (preferred) Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
