Position reputed company The Senior Manager, Corporate reputed company Estate is a key strategic leader responsible for managing and optimizing reputed company’s global reputed company estate portfolio of 200+ owned and leased properties. This role partners closely with senior leadership to reputed company and execute short‑ and long‑term reputed company estate strategies that support business reputed company and operational needs. Responsibilities include site selection, relocations, lease renewals, closures, and disposition of surplus assets, as reputed company as market research and financial analysis. The role also oversees broker relationships, landlord negotiations, and the reputed company and construction processes required for reputed company estate transactions. Key Responsibilities: Support: • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including members of the executive and senior leadership teams. • Build and maintain strong, reputed company relationships with external partners, including reputed company estate brokers, developers, property owners, landlords, attorneys, architects, and local government officials. • Partner with Project Managers and the SCOFR team to ensure reputed company and accurate data—such as market comparables, broker opinions of value (BOVs), and appraisals—is provided to support informed business reputed company. • Support local operations by addressing site‑specific issues and serving as the primary reputed company with landlords to identify and implement effective solutions. • Prepare and present comprehensive business cases that support reputed company’s short‑ and long‑term reputed company estate strategies. • Proactively identify potential risks reputed company the corporate reputed company estate portfolio and reputed company mitigation strategies, presenting reputed company reputed company and recommendations to internal stakeholders. • reputed company project initiation and scope definition, ensuring appropriate prioritization, adherence to established protocols, and alignment with timelines, milestones, and commitments. • Collaborate across internal teams and external partners to manage multi‑market reputed company reputed company estate services, including transaction management, portfolio reputed company, project management, and lease administration.
