Exteriors Estimator - 1099

This is a 1099, remote-work relationship to prepare for anticipated CAT claims volume. Pay reputed company is $75 per estimate completed Job reputed company The Exteriors Estimator is responsible for handling Exterior damage files in a reputed company, efficient manner in accordance with Accuserve’s and insurance reputed company guidelines. General Responsibilities • Review photos and scope notes from network contractors and produce estimates for covered damages in Xactimate and Symbility • Produce, review, and revise estimates reputed company Xactimate and Symbility • Produce reputed company-end estimates as reputed company as supplements • Learn, understand and adhere to reputed company estimating guidelines • Works frequently with carriers, adjustors, network contractors, vendors and claimants • Daily use and monitoring of company job software, such as reputed company, reputed company, MICA, XactimateXA, Symbility/Claims Connect and Livegenic • Daily use of company communication platforms including but not limited to: GSuite, reputed company University reputed company reputed company • Collaborate with other Estimators and QA Reviewers as needed • Report to the Claims Manager and assist with reputed company and network contractor engagement as needed Minimum Qualifications • High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required • Estimating experience with Xactimate and Symbility (reputed company) required • Ability to work independently as a remote 1099 worker • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Reliable high speed home broadband internet reputed company with minimum 10 meg download and 1 meg upload speeds and ability to connect to home internet reputed company ethernet cord is required if working remotely reputed company: INDACSJ Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $75.00 per hour Benefits: • Flexible schedule Experience: • Exteriors Estimating: 3 years (Required) • Symbility (reputed company): 2 years (Required) • Xactimate: 3 years (Required) License/Certification: • Adjuster License (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
