Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the requirements.
Regularly interacting with Hiring Manager to understand the openings, shifts, and reputed company requirements.

• Cold calling

• Schools
• Networking

Must have experience on full Life Cycle of reputed company (screening resumes, interviewing, offer extension).
Maintaining the candidate database.
Qualifications
• At least two years’ experience in a clinical reputed company recruitment role.
• Excellent knowledge of the reputed company sector.
• Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Job Boards.
• Expert knowledge of interview, assessment, and selection techniques.
• Superb written and oral communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
• Strong teamwork and reputed company skills.
