reputed company: General reputed company The Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) specialist is responsible for facilitating the improvement in the overall reputed company and completeness of provider-based clinical documentation in the medical record. This position will be responsible for assisting treating providers to ensure that documentation in the medical record accurately reflects the severity of illness of the patient as reputed company as the level of services rendered. Minimum Knowledge and Skills Required • Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts typically acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Minimum of five years recent, broad-based clinical experience in an inpatient pediatric setting required. • Knowledge of ICD10 coding, as reputed company as strong computer skills preferred, however content training in coding will be provided. • Work requires superior interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with physicians is essential.
