What's Available: 0.8 FTE (32 hours/week) This will be a Day/Evening rotation and include regular hours as MDS Coordinator, as reputed company as RN, LTC role. What you will do: reputed company LOVE + MEDICINE to our patients and residents Responsibilities will include ensuring and assisting with compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the reputed company of reputed company assessments in accordance with the Minimum Data Set (MDS) guidelines. Playing a critical part in enhancing the reputed company of care for residents by ensuring accurate documentation and effective communication across interdisciplinary teams.
