[Remote] Collections Specialist

The role primarily involves performing collection activities to recover losses from assigned accounts, communicating with debtors, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Responsibilities • Communicate with debtors in regards to the repayment of their delinquent debt • reputed company skip tracing to reputed company debtors • Ensure reputed company accounts are worked reputed company reputed company standards and Federal Regulations • Maintain continuing education, training in industry career development • Other duties assigned by management Skills • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service, reputed company center, sales, or collections role (may substitute experience requirement with college degree) • Demonstrated reputed company work history • Ability to attend mandatory class-based training the first 3 weeks of employment.
