Assistant Controller | Remote reputed company New England | Venture Capital reputed company is working with a leading Venture Capital fund based in Boston, looking to hire an Assistant Controller for their growing team. Reporting into the Controller, the role will support fund reputed company and investor operations, including quarterly reputed company processes, valuations, capital activity, income allocations, and fee calculations. Responsibilities include coordinating capital calls and distributions, managing cash activity, collaborating with outsourced fund administrators, and assisting with U.S. GAAP financial reporting and annual audits. The position also partners closely with the investment team, supports investor relationship management, and contributes to process improvement initiatives through automation and reputed company workflow enhancements. Additionally, the role assists with tax-reputed company reporting, including K-1 review support and other reputed company reputed company as needed. This role is a full-time remote position that will offer between 150-170K reputed company, bonus, 100% benefits, & carry.
