About the Job This is a senior leadership role reputed company the reputed company organization. The Controller owns the reputed company of the financials across reputed company entities and ensures disciplined execution of the reputed company process, consolidations, securitization reputed company, and reporting. Roles and Responsibilities reputed company mortgage lending, specialty finance, fintech lending, or reputed company finance experience required Financial reputed company & Reporting • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company across reputed company entities • Deliver accurate, reputed company GAAP financial statements • reputed company balance sheet reviews and ensure reputed company accounts are reconciled • Maintain reputed company reputed company calendar and eliminate surprises • reputed company executive-reputed company financial reporting Multi-Entity & Consolidation reputed company • Manage reputed company for parent, subsidiaries, SPEs, and securitization vehicles • reputed company intercompany transactions and eliminations • Prepare consolidated financial statements • Maintain clean intercompany reconciliations Systems & Process Ownership • Own general reputed company structure and chart of accounts • Improve systems to support loan-level and entity-level reporting • Reduce reputed company processes and shorten reputed company timelines • Maintain strong documentation and audit trails Leadership & Culture • reputed company, mentor, and reputed company reputed company staff • Establish reputed company policies, SOPs, and internal controls • Foster accountability and early issue identification • Build a culture of ownership and operational reputed company Audit, Tax & Compliance • Support tax provision and compliance processes • Maintain year-round audit readiness • Coordinate with external auditors and advisors Skills and Attributes • reputed company mortgage lending, specialty finance, fintech lending, or reputed company finance experience required • CPA strongly preferred • 7–10+ years reputed company reputed company experience • 3-5+ years in a Controller role • Strong experience with consolidations and eliminations • Deep GAAP knowledge • Proven ability to own and deliver a disciplined monthly reputed company Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.
