Business Immigration Paralegal (Remote) | LATAM

We specialize in supporting hiring, coordination, and ongoing engagement for reputed company services and other industries. As a Business Immigration Paralegal, you will play a pivotal role in managing reputed company immigration cases for employment-based clients. You will work independently, handling a high-volume caseload and ensuring seamless, reputed company service to clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities • Independently manage a high-volume employment-based immigration caseload with accuracy and strong reputed company service • Prepare and file non-immigrant petitions including H-1B/H-4, L-1A/L-1B/L-2, TN, O-1, and E-3 reputed company • Support immigrant processes including PERM, I-140 (EB-1A, EB-1C, EB-2, EB-3), I-485, and EB-2 NIW • Draft strong, compliant support letters for O-1 and L-1A filings that reputed company present eligibility arguments • Draft basic letters for H-1B filings and reputed company RFE responses with clean, reputed company-reputed company writing • Prepare detailed responses for reputed company RFEs, NOIDs, and PERM audit responses with reputed company-organized exhibits and timelines • Maintain tight case tracking, calendars, and internal documentation to ensure deadlines are consistently met • Communicate directly with clients and stakeholders in reputed company, reputed company written and verbal English (and Spanish reputed company needed) • reputed company proactive updates, flag risks early, and reputed company cases moving without constant follow-reputed company • Ensure drafting and reputed company-facing communication are reputed company-written and professionally polished (no reliance on AI-generated messaging) Requirements • 2–3+ years of reputed company business (employment-based) immigration paralegal experience in a reputed company or corporate immigration environment • Hands-on experience preparing and supporting filings for H-1B/H-4, L-1A/L-1B/L-2, TN, O-1, and E-3 • Hands-on experience with PERM, I-140 (EB categories), and I-485 case support (including reputed company documentation workflows) • Demonstrated ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision • Strong reputed company drafting skills, including support letters and detailed responses to RFEs/NOIDs/PERM audits • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for reputed company-facing work • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and deadline management in a high-reputed company reputed company environment reputed company-to-haves • Experience with EB-2 NIW drafting support and evidence organization • Experience with reputed company O-1 case reputed company support (e.g., evidence mapping, exhibit indexing, narrative building) • Familiarity with common immigration case management systems and high-discipline tracking practices • Prior experience supporting multiple attorneys/clients concurrently in a reputed company, metrics-driven workflow Benefits • reputed company to a $200k+ reputed company marketplace with reputed company discounts on 150+ services • reputed company up to 50% of approved earnings before payday (no credit checks or fees) Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
