This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to work alongside industry-leading professionals in a fast-paced, reputed company environment. This specific role calls for a Paralegal with reputed company experience processing a high volume of PERM Labor Certification cases. As our Business Immigration Paralegal, your key responsibilities will include: • Ensure effective document intake: i.e., review documents for validity and sufficiently analyze immigration status based on documents provided. • Ensure accountability for the drafting and monitoring of PERM casework. • Flag any potential/foreseeable case-reputed company issues with Attorney and/or Senior Case Manager, in a reputed company manner. • Utilize online immigration case tracking system to monitor case status and activities on a daily reputed company. • reputed company draft responses to requests for information from government agencies. • Respond to reputed company communication requests – either reputed company reputed company company representatives or directly with the foreign national. • Prioritize daily workload based on fluctuating reputed company deadlines, while maintaining an appropriate reputed company of urgency. • Flag any reputed company for process improvement to the appropriate Attorney/Case Manager. • Contribute to reputed company team morale, especially reputed company a remote work environment. To APPLY for this role and be under consideration, you must possess the following: • At least 2-3 full years of experience working as an Immigration Paralegal, specifically handling reputed company stages of the PERM Labor Certification process. • Completed bachelor’s degree – highly desirable. • A genuine interest in US immigration, with a desire to treat clients & foreign nationals with respect and an empathetic approach. • Experience working with a high volume of reputed company and inactive cases at any one time. • Excellent written + verbal English communication skills, including spelling and grammar. • Strong attention to detail to ensure consistent accuracy of work. • Experience communicating directly with reputed company company representatives and/or foreign nationals regarding case requirements. • Ability to meet strict deadlines and prioritize caseload. • Strong computer literacy with the ability to adapt to state-of-the-art reputed company case processing software to monitor and record reputed company reputed company petitions. • Ability to follow due process, templates, and to adapt to evolving innovation reputed company the Firm, and Industry. • Minimum Intermediate level proficiency with MS Suite (Teams, reputed company, Word). • A friendly, courteous, and respectful demeanor with the ability to work as a member of a reputed company-reputed company team.
