About the Role The Manager Labor reputed company role supports the execution of cross-brand labor strategies across Old Navy stores in reputed company, translating reputed company labor priorities into actionable plans, tools, and processes that drive productivity, profitability, and workforce stability. Operating at the intersection of analytics, operations, and execution, this role builds and maintains labor models, supports planning and allocation processes, and applies data-driven insights to improve labor performance.
